That the following are the boundaries proposed, viz.:

Situated in the county of Cumberland, parishes of Claremont, Londonderry, Melville, and Rooty Hill: Commencing at the crossing of the road from the Cow Pasture to Richmond, over the Great Western Railway; and bounded thence by that road bearing northerly to its intersection with the north boundary of James Kernahan’s 102 acres, in the parish of Londonderry; thence by that northern boundary and the north boundaries of Elizabeth King’s 610 acres, and Philip King’s 660 acres, bearing easterly to Rope’s Creek; thence by that creek upwards to the south-east corner of James Erskine’s 3,000 acres, parish of Melville ; thence by the south boundary of that 3,000 acres, the south boundaries of Gregory Blaxland’s; 2,000 acres, Henry Fulton’s 400 acres, and part of William Bradley’s 400 acres bearing westerly to the road from the Cow Pasture to Richmond aforesaid; and thence again by that road bearing northerly, to the point of commencement.
