A contemporary creation, depicting an aerial view of the Penrith Lakes area. Designed to bring a splash of colour to the Nepean Room, the main function venue within the Penrith City Council building. It was designed by Robin Hungerford, an Arts Graduate from UWS and Mistress of Embroidery was Del White.
