Penrith City Library’s Research Services and ASHET (Australian Society for History of Engineering and Technology), present a talk on pie making featuring a local pie-making expert from Sargents Pies in Colyton.

Presenter Anne Arthur will talk about the history of the Australian meat pie, followed by music entertainment from “Meat Pie Continuum” and free pie tasting from local pie makers, Sargents Pies.

Glass cabinets display: display of cooking utensils through time – “Cooking at Grandma and Granddad’s’” and “Dinner at Grandma and Granddad’s’”.
